Workshop storage you can 3D print: Skadis, pegboard and wall mounts

Pegboard parts live or die by two numbers: the hole or slot size and the board thickness. IKEA Skadis boards have 5 x 15 mm slots on a 40 mm grid and are about 5 mm thick; classic pegboard has 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) holes on a 1 inch (25.4 mm) grid in 1/8 or 1/4 inch board. Each design here sets those as sliders with the gap it leaves, and the proof panel shows the values measured on the model.

Print hooks and holders on their side so the layers run along the arm that carries the load, and use PETG or 4 or more walls for anything heavy. Before you print a batch, print one and try it on your own board: boards vary by a few tenths of a millimetre.
